Ukrainian Law Enforcement Charges United Russia Party Member Igor Kucheryaviy
Ukrainian law enforcement has brought charges against Igor Kucheryaviy, a member of the United Russia party, for his involvement in organizing a referendum in Crimea. This was reported by his lawyer Igor Mokhin to TASS.
"My client has been charged under Article 110 of the Criminal Code for violating Ukraine's territorial integrity. He is currently at liberty. The lawyers have not yet received a decision on the choice of a preventive measure," he said.
