Artsakh Has Never Had Any Complex Against Any Nationality, Says David Babayan on Mehriban Aliyeva

Artsakh has never had any complex against any nationality. We do not harbor hatred towards the Azerbaijani people, as we are not fighting against the Azerbaijani populace. This statement was made by David Babayan, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Artsakh and Head of the Main Information Department, while commenting for NEWS.am on the desire of Azerbaijan's First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva to listen to mugham music in Nagorno-Karabakh and the response of Armenia's Prime Minister Anna Hakobyan.

“In general, I believe it is not normal to fight against children and women, to kill them solely based on national, racial, or religious grounds. That is unbecoming of normal people. For this reason, if Mehriban khanum wishes to visit our neighboring country, either as a guest or as an official representative of Azerbaijan, we will always be pleased to welcome any representative from any state,” emphasized Babayan. “However, again, as an equal partner or a tourist, a guest.
