Two Detained Individuals Not Yet Released, Says Ruben Melikyan
Ruben Melikyan, co-founder of the NGO "Legal Way," made a post on his Facebook page indicating that he is providing legal assistance to around 15 individuals who have been detained at the Central Police Department.
The full post reads:
“I am providing legal assistance to about 15 individuals at the Central Police Department. Administrative proceedings have been initiated against all of them for failing to comply with police lawful orders (Article 182 of the Administrative Violations Code). After the established procedures are completed, the detainees are being released in turn. UPDATE: As of now, two detainees have not yet been released.”
