Iravunk: Why Viktor Mnatsakanyan Has Left for the USA
Iravunk newspaper reports that a photograph of the former head of the Yerevan Central Administrative District, Viktor Mnatsakanyan, has surfaced online from Los Angeles. Indeed, the former official, who was only notable for his efforts to dismantle several cafes around the Opera House, watering North Avenue with a hose, and obstructing the petition process against the ratification of the Istanbul Convention, has deemed his mission in his homeland complete and has departed for the United States.
