As of 23:00, the Lanjik-Mastara Highway is Open, Alagyaz-Artik is Difficult to Cross
The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of December 2, at 23:00, there are closed and difficult to cross highways in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
The Vardenyats Pass (from the Gegharkunik region) is closed to trucks, while the Sotk-Karmiravan highway is difficult to cross for trailer trucks, and for others as well. The Alagyaz-Artik highway is difficult to cross.
There is black ice on the Saravan-Zanger highway. Snow is currently falling on the Sotk-Karmiravan highway, in the bends of Tigranashen in the Ararat region, in Gegharkunik, in the cities of Spitak and Stepanavan in Lori Province, as well as in the regions of Aparan and Tsaghkadzor in Aragatsotn Province, in Shirak Province, and in Goris and Sisian cities in Syunik Province, in the village of Gorayk, in the area referred to as 'Meghru Mountain,' and in the area known as 'Zanger.'
Fog is present on the Sotk-Karmiravan highway in Goris and Sisian cities in Syunik Province.
According to the information received from the Department of Highways of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
Information received from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in North Ossetia mentions that there are approximately 230 trucks accumulated on the Russian side.
