Gunfire in Armavir: Injured Reported

A 60-year-old man from Armavir has been hospitalized with a gunshot wound. The law enforcement agencies are already aware of who fired the shots.

According to Sputnik Armenia, a dispute among a group of individuals in the Armavir region escalated into gunfire last night. A man approximately 60 years old was transported to the Armavir hospital with bodily injuries from near the village of Alashkert. Police officers and investigators have also arrived at the medical facility.

As per rumors circulating in Armavir, several men of various ages gathered in one of the fields near Alashkert village to clarify some issue. The discussions escalated into a group brawl, during which one participant fired shots from a handgun, injuring one of the attendees.

The law enforcement agencies are already familiar with the details of the incident, and the identity of the shooter is known to the Armavir police.
