15 Environmentalists File Lawsuit Against Deputy Prime Minister Avinyan
15 environmentalists have filed a lawsuit against Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan. Tert.am reports this based on information from the Judicial Information System.
The case has been sent to the court of general jurisdiction in Yerevan and has been assigned to Judge Daniel Mkheyan.
In the lawsuit, environmentalists Tehmine Yenokyan, Ani Khachatryan, Artur Grigoryan, Levon Galstyan, Arkadi Grigoryan, Mihdat Nersisyan, Gagik Grigoryan, Tehmine Hunanyan, Susanna Margaryan, Henry Harutyunyan, Askhnaz Hovhannisyan, Boris Khachatryan, Gorg Ayvazyan, Anna Shahnazaryan, and Milena Baghdasaryan demand that the Deputy Prime Minister be obliged to refute certain statements considered defamatory.
