Alarm. Customers Complain About Haypost's Work

ArmDaily.am has received a complaint letter from readers regarding the poor work style of Haypost CJSC. According to readers, Haypost operates until 19:00, but even if customers arrive at any post office at 18:30, they are often not served, as their turn does not reach 19:00. Employees state that their working hours end at 19:00 and that they serve no one after that, even if a person waits for their turn between 18:30 and 18:40.

The news outlet contacted Gevorg Abrahamyan, the spokesperson for Haypost CJSC, who stated that this is a misunderstanding and that they will definitely communicate with their employees. “We will immediately inform the relevant department and verbally reprimand the staff, as customers arriving before 19:00 should be served,” he said. Haypost CJSC expressed hope that such incidents would not recur and that employees would work more diligently in the future.
