Driver Hits 11-Year-Old Boy in Armavir Province, Rushes Him to Hospital
Today, on November 22, a pedestrian accident occurred in Armavir province. Around 18:15, a 34-year-old resident of Armavir, identified as M. D., hit an 11-year-old boy from Armavir, M. H., with his Opel vehicle, license plate 35 ZX 506, at the intersection of Republic and Sayat-Nova streets.
According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the driver did not flee the scene and transported the injured child to the Armavir Medical Center. After receiving first aid, the child was transferred to the Surb Astvatsamayr Medical Center in Yerevan.
Officers from the 1st platoon of the 2nd squad of the Road Police, led by platoon commander Karen Abelian, arrived at the scene.
