David Tonoyan Makes Appointments

On November 22, Armenian Minister of Defense David Tonoyan signed a number of orders regarding appointments to positions and the granting of military ranks.

Among other orders, the Minister signed a decree awarding the military rank of "lieutenant colonel" to Major Armine Levoni Hovhannisyan, who has been appointed to the position of Senior Officer in charge of the Women's Affairs Division of the Military Psychological Support Department of the Armenian Armed Forces.
