Ararat Mirzoyan's Bill for Participation in Security Council Meetings to Be Adopted Soon
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that the failure of the bill for Ararat Mirzoyan to become a member of the Security Council was a setback for the ruling party. You also did not participate in the voting, citing being stuck in traffic, and this happened during a vote on such an important bill. The first failure was the application submitted to the Constitutional Court. We asked "My Step" MP Arman Boshyan whether the parliamentary majority no longer has the energy.
“First of all, I completely support the bill you mentioned. Yes, due to technical reasons I was unable to participate, and as for the mention of a failure, there can be no talk of this, I cannot agree with your observation regarding the Constitutional Court,” he stated.
You still do not accept your "shortcomings." “We have never shied away from discussing our gaps and deficiencies during any activity, including in the National Assembly, there can indeed be shortcomings, but your mentions are unfounded,” he added.
However, during the previous administrations, such a situation could not happen—if a decision was made, everyone had to sit "on the spot" or become a "champion of swimming," not to mention your massive number of 88 MPs.
“I would like to tell you that in this and other issues, "My Step" acts by consensus, and soon you will be convinced of this—the bill will be adopted soon, and the issue will be resolved,” Boshyan concluded.
