This was stated by Arthur Vanetsyan during an interview with Satik Seyranyan on the "Pressing" program, addressing the criminal case against David Sanasaryan, the suspended head of the State Health Inspectorate, who has repeatedly claimed that the case was fabricated against him, involving Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan and former NSS head Arthur Vanetsyan.

It is worth reminding that Samvel Adyan, head of the Procurement Control Department of the State Inspectorate, and another employee of the Inspectorate, medical equipment specialist Gevorg Khachatryan, were arrested on February 26 as part of a criminal case regarding alleged interference in the competitions for hemodialysis supplies announced by medical institutions.

Charges were also brought against David Sanasaryan under the first part of Article 308 of the RA Criminal Code (Abuse of Official Authority).
