We Welcome the Position of the Dutch Parliament on Opening an Embassy in Yerevan: Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia has addressed the position of the Dutch Parliament regarding the opening of an embassy in Yerevan.
“We welcome the position of the Dutch Parliament on opening an embassy in Yerevan. This step is a manifestation of support for the democratic developments in Armenia. The embassy will strengthen the long-term partnership between Armenia and the Netherlands,” the statement reads.
It is worth mentioning that four coalition parties in the Dutch Parliament have proposed to allocate 2 million euros to the government for the purpose of opening an embassy in Yerevan.
