Ashot Ghulyan to Announce Candidacy for Presidential Elections

The newspaper 'Zhamanak' reports that Ashot Ghulyan, the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, has decided to announce his candidacy for the upcoming presidential elections. He is expected to make this announcement soon.

Ghulyan has made this decision because, without his candidacy, the party he leads, the Artsakh Democratic Party (ADP), could not hope for any success in the parliamentary elections.

The presidential and parliamentary elections in Artsakh will be held simultaneously, and Ghulyan hopes that after the elections, his party will once again become part of a coalition.
