Citizen Attempting Suicide Found in Intoxicated State: Details

As previously reported, on November 13 at 18:33, the "911" service received a call indicating that a resident of an apartment in building 3/3 of the 1st microregion of the Avan-Arinj neighborhood in Yerevan had locked themselves inside and was attempting suicide by jumping out of the window.

According to updated information from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the citizen was approached through explanatory work, and they opened the door. It was revealed that Vigen G. (born in 1983) was in a mentally unstable and intoxicated condition. He has been hospitalized at the "Avan" Mental Health Center.
