Television producer Ruben Mkhitaryan has commented on Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement regarding the film "Mel" on his Facebook page. The Prime Minister noted, "We are funding the part of the film that is about the champion; the other parts are not being funded."

"Such a thing cannot happen in project financing... That 20 million dram you are allocating to fund the so-called champion part of Meline Daluzhyan's film, I am ready to use that amount to create documentary films about 20 champions of newly independent Armenia," Mkhitaryan stated.
