Draft Law on Criminal Penalties Against 'Thieves in Law' Submitted to the National Assembly

The National Assembly's Legal and Judicial Affairs Committee has today presented for discussion a draft law establishing criminal penalties for activities related to the criminal underworld, known as 'the world of thieves.'

Justice Minister Rustam Badasyan presented to the committee who will bear responsibility for becoming a member of the criminal underworld, joining its groups, and even appealing to criminal authorities.
