Will Arsen Babayan Be Detained or Not? Court Decisions to Be Announced Tomorrow
The review of the motion to detain former Deputy Head of the National Assembly Staff Arsen Babayan has been completed, as well as the appeal filed by his defense against the decision to arrest him.
The court rulings will be published tomorrow, October 24, at 12:00 PM. This was reported to News.am by Babayan's lawyer, Ervand Varosyan.
It should be noted that Arsen Babayan was arrested based on the report of independent MP of the National Assembly and former member of the Bright Armenia faction Arman Babajanyan, on suspicion of committing a criminal act as stipulated in part 1 of Article 314 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
