Man Cuts His Neck in Shengavit

A man, approximately 30 years old, was transported to the Erebuni Medical Center by an ambulance from the Shengavit administrative district with a cut to his neck, reports Sputnik Armenia.

The incident occurred yesterday, on September 16. Due to the neck injury, the man lost a significant amount of blood, but doctors managed to save his life.

Police officers who arrived at the hospital were unable to speak with him, as the man was unable to say anything.

According to sources, the man reportedly cut his own neck, most likely with a knife. The motive behind this act, whether it was a suicide attempt or something else, will be determined by law enforcement agencies.
