Court Hearing on Robert Kocharian and Others Postponed
The court session on the case of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, and others has been postponed by the General Jurisdiction Court of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan.
The court was informed that Robert Kocharian was transferred to Izmirlian Medical Center for examination on October 8. Kocharian's defense attorney, Aram Vardevanyan, presented information received from the director of Izmirlian Medical Center in response to the legal team's inquiry regarding Kocharian's health condition.
According to this information, Robert Kocharian underwent surgery on October 9, and his post-operative recovery treatment is currently ongoing. His participation in court sessions will not be possible in the upcoming one to two weeks, depending on the course and efficacy of his post-operative treatment.
