The spokesperson for the Yerevan Mayor's Office, Hakob Karapetyan, has shared the musical genres designated for each administrative district as part of the "Erebuni-Yerevan-2801" celebration on his Facebook page.
"Choose your favorite," he wrote.
"Nubarashen: Rock, Davtashen: Jazz, Avan: Children's, Arabkir: Classical, Ajapnyak: Pop-Estrada, Erebuni: Folk, Kentron: Pop, Malatia-Sebastia: Estrada, Nor Nork: Electronic, Nork-Marash: Ethnographic, Shengavit: Author's, Kanaker-Zeytun: Retro," Karapetyan noted.
