On October 10, at 1:42 PM, the emergency service received a call that a grass-covered area was burning near the Shagahap-Lanjanist highway.

Two firefighting units from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Regional Rescue Department were dispatched to the scene. The fire was contained at 4:16 PM and extinguished at 7:19 PM. Approximately 13 hectares of grass cover were burned.
