The Number of Cases Resolved Positively by the Ombudsman Has Quadrupled
The number of cases resolved positively by the Ombudsman's office concerning complaints within the Ombudsman's jurisdiction has increased nearly fourfold.
In particular, a comparative analysis of individual or collective cases over the last five years shows that in 2014, the number of complaints resolved positively was 385, in 2015 it was 498, in 2016 it was 444, while in 2017 this figure nearly doubled, reaching 845. Moreover, in 2018, the number jumped to 1593, marking an increase of 748 or 88.5% from the 2017 figures.
As of September 17, 2019, the number of positively resolved complaints reached 1039, which is an increase of 51 or 5.2% compared to the same period last year.
