The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, is set to traverse the entire length of the "Arpa-Sevan" tunnel on September 24 to familiarize himself with the construction work carried out. He announced this on his Facebook page.
“Dear journalists, tomorrow, on September 24, I will visit the 'Arpa-Sevan' tunnel. I am preparing to pass through its entire length and to get acquainted with the construction work that has been carried out. Who is the brave journalist who is ready to accompany me on the 48.3 km journey through the tunnel? I must warn you that the trip will be challenging and extreme.
