Negotiations Underway to Invite Barack Obama to Yerevan: 'Hraparak'
'Hraparak' newspaper reports, 'An international technology congress will take place in Yerevan from October 6-9, featuring notable figures recognized globally in this field. Currently, the organizers are in negotiations with former U.S. President Barack Obama, for whom they are prepared to pay several hundred thousand dollars for a one-day visit and a 30-minute speech. Generally, Obama charges between $400,000 and $800,000 for a single speech. The exact amount he will request this time will become clear as negotiations progress,' the newspaper states.
