Artsakh Authorities Working to Retrieve Armenian Soldier Detained in Azerbaijan
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh has issued a statement informing that efforts are being made to retrieve an Armenian soldier who has been detained in Azerbaijan.
"The Red Cross mission in Artsakh and the office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office have been informed about the fact of Artsakh Defense Army soldier Arayik Ghazaryan falling into the hands of the Azerbaijani side. The authorities of Artsakh are making efforts to return the captive Arayik Ghazaryan to his homeland," the statement from Artsakh's Ministry of Foreign Affairs reads.
