VIDEO: Prime Minister Releases Secret Report During Live Broadcast

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, addressed a secret document during a Facebook live broadcast, stating: "In 2014, a secret report was prepared, which proves that before the revolution and in some sense also after the revolution, our country was in an institutional paralysis. This document, prepared during the previous government, gives us a complete picture of the state of our country, because the issues mentioned here could not be resolved in just one year."
