Those Who Commit Aggressions Against Statehood Will Receive Appropriate Assessment: Bako Sahakyan

The President of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan, participated in a meeting of the Police Collegium of the Republic of Artsakh on July 30, dedicated to summarizing the results of the first half of 2019. According to the President's press service, reports were presented by the head of the organization and responsible representatives from various divisions.

In his remarks, the President emphasized the necessity of systematic and principled work to ensure the safety of the population, maintain public order, protect human and citizen rights, and organize the fight against crime, while giving relevant instructions for addressing the existing challenges.

He specifically stated: “We do not aim to find ourselves in conditions of clashes, because such a thing cannot happen. Clashes occur during periods when political developments lead to such confrontations. We do not have such a situation in our country, and we have not had it either. All those who aim to disrupt the well-being of the country, all those who commit aggressions against statehood, will receive appropriate assessments. We will utilize all our capabilities to bring order to those who have chosen the path of illegality without making noisy displays.”
