Artak Davtyan Has Visited the Frontline

On July 29, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, Lieutenant General Artak Davtyan, made a working visit to military units and combat positions located in the northeastern border zone of the Republic.

Lieutenant General Artak Davtyan was briefed on the operational situation in the border zone, the physical, combat, and moral-psychological readiness of the personnel, the conditions of combat duty, the engineering and fortification works carried out at the front, and the tasks assigned to the units.

At one of the outposts, the Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces had lunch with the soldiers on combat duty, checking the quality of the food provided to the guards. Lieutenant General Artak Davtyan encouraged the soldiers who distinguished themselves during their service and wished them a peaceful and safe duty.

Regarding issues requiring urgent solutions, the Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces issued instructions to the commanders of the responsible units.
