Political scientist Styopa Safaryan wrote on his Facebook page: "Robert Kocharyan clearly sees that the train is leaving. He lost in the appellate court; Davit Grigoryan's illegal ruling was annulled, he was arrested again, the case was withdrawn from the Constitutional Court, and Davit Grigoryan's powers were terminated. The judge handling the March 1 case will be changed. The High Judicial Council has been reconstituted. Although Hrayr Tovmasyan is still in place, the nuclear weapon, Vahe Grigoryan, is no longer within the Constitutional Court. The crisis is noticeably escalating, and the picture will be perfect in autumn. The European Court of Human Rights is issuing ruling after ruling against him. He realizes that all this is a serious psychological blow, even to the few people who still harbor hopes with him.
