Power-Opposition 'Draw', Says Analyst
Political analyst Hakob Badalyan stated on his Facebook page: “During the years of the former regime that ruled Armenia, the authorities inflicted significant material damage to the public. However, over a conditional quarter-century, viewing electoral fraud as the starting point, the damage to the public extended beyond material and financial losses to the realms of thinking, psychology, world perception, values, and concepts. This deep-rooted damage is even more substantial.
Additionally, there’s a seemingly strange reality—one finds oneself pondering whether it has been the authorities that have inflicted greater harm to public consciousness and psychology, and world perception, or various opposition forces. In this regard, I assess that the power-opposition situation is a 'draw.'
