Public Transport Fine Without Ticket Increased Fourfold in Tbilisi
Starting today, the fine for traveling on public transport in Tbilisi without a ticket is increasing. According to aliq.ge, the law states that a passenger is required to obtain a ticket upon boarding the transport; otherwise, they will be fined 20 lari instead of the previous 5 lari.
Additionally, if the fine is not paid within 30 days, an extra 40-50 lari will be added to the fine.
