Environmentalist Levon Galstyan wrote on his Facebook page: “In this village, for over 15 years, a wealthy benefactor and owner, Tsarukyan, has been exploiting a gold mine. To construct a water supply network in the village of Mghart, around 100 million drams are needed. It is possible that the government will allocate funds from reserve resources to address the long-standing issue of water in Mghart. Meanwhile, residents of Mghart are bringing drinking water from neighboring settlements.”
