Hearing on Appeal Against the Detention of the Director of ‘Spayka’ Begins
The Court of Appeals of the Republic of Armenia, presided over by Judge Mher Arghamanyan, has commenced the hearing on the appeal filed by the defense against the decision to detain David Ghazaryan, the founder and director of the ‘Spayka’ company. It is noteworthy that the case is being examined in a closed session.
Recall that on April 8, the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan granted the request of the investigator from the Investigative Department of the State Revenue Committee and issued a two-month detention order against David Ghazaryan, the founder and director of ‘Spayka’ LLC.
