Pashinyan's Appeal to Russian Media
Armenian-Russian relations are normal, but Russian television channels are accusing us of something, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said today in a conversation with journalists. He responded to the observation that he is being accused on Russian state television of conducting political persecution against former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan.
“Despite the fact that there are now opinions that foreign media should not be as free in Armenia as Armenian media, correctness must be maintained; otherwise, we will fall into the wrong field. I believe that Russian television companies can take this issue into account and make appropriate conclusions,” he stated.
