Nazarbayev Sends Letter to Robert Kocharian
The first president of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, has sent a letter to Robert Kocharian, informing the second president of Armenia about the notable internal political changes and processes taking place in Kazakhstan.
According to the office of the second president of Armenia, emphasizing that he fondly remembers the years of their joint work, Nazarbayev expressed hope that personal communications with President Kocharian would continue in the future.
