President Armen Sarkissian Holds Farewell Meeting
The President of the Republic, Armen Sarkissian, today received the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Czech Republic, Petr Mikiska, who is completing his diplomatic mission in our country. This was reported by the Public Relations Department of the President's Office.
President Armen Sarkissian expressed gratitude for the ambassador's efforts and dedicated work aimed at strengthening Armenian-Czech relations, noting that during these years the relationship between the two countries has seen dynamic development.
Ambassador Petr Mikiska emphasized the crucial role of President Armen Sarkissian in the peaceful resolution of the events that took place in Armenia last year.
Both sides addressed the prospects for cooperation between Armenia and the Czech Republic in the economic, educational, and research sectors. It was noted that high-level reciprocal visits would contribute to deepening relations between the two countries.
Armen Sarkissian wished Ambassador Petr Mikiska success in his future endeavors.
