During yesterday's cabinet meeting, the issue of the UN donating a transportation vehicle worth 13 million 650 thousand drams to the Armenian Ministry of Environment was discussed.
Although it is officially stated that this donation is made within the framework of the 'Reducing Risks of Investments in Energy Efficiency Modernization of Buildings' UNDP program, some experts express doubts that this is a manifestation of latent corruption, wherein the international organization bribes the state entity to promote projects beneficial to itself,” the newspaper writes.
