Deputy Manager of an Armenian Bank Robbed
SHAMSHYAN.com reports that materials are being prepared by the investigation department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia regarding a robbery that took place yesterday, April 8, in Yerevan.
According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, on that evening, the Nor-Nork police department received a signal that an unknown person or persons had broken into the home of a resident on Bakunts Street using technical means by breaking the lock of the front door between the hours of 5:40 PM and 9:20 PM, stealing a significant amount of gold jewelry and money.
A team from the Nor-Nork police department, led by the chief of the criminal investigation department, arrived at the scene. Investigators and forensic experts were working on-site. According to G. Shamshyan's information, the owner of the looted apartment is a 44-year-old individual identified as H.G., who serves as the deputy manager of one of Armenia's banks.
