What Books is Kocharyan Reading in Prison: Alumyan
The court session regarding the change of preventive measure for the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, lasted until the end of the working day today, but remained unfinished. Kocharyan's defense attorney, Hayk Alumyan, stated that tomorrow the defense will present its arguments, and most likely, the second president will also make a statement.
Alumyan also mentioned that Robert Kocharyan is reading English books in prison.
The attorney informed that Kocharyan completed Francis Fukuyama's book, "Identity," yesterday.
It is noteworthy that the day before, the Armenian Penitentiary Service announced that Kocharyan was provided with an electronic book without internet access, video and photo recording, or audio recording capabilities.
