Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Azerbaijan to Meet Soon

The new meeting between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan may take place in the near future in one of the capitals of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries, the dates have been agreed upon, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov announced on Thursday.

“We now need to demonstrate goodwill and make progress. The leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan have given relevant instructions to their foreign ministers, and very soon we will have a bilateral meeting. We have already agreed on the timeframe, and traditionally it will be announced jointly with Baku and Yerevan, but I can share some information that it will take place in the near future, in one of the capitals of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries,” said Mammadyarov at a press conference with EU mission head Federica Mogherini.
