The War with Armenia is Not Over, Says Aliyev
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev spoke about the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict during a meeting with the country's special forces, stating that "the war with Armenia is not over."
“This conflict must find its resolution within the framework of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity. The goal of negotiations is the liberation of Azerbaijani territories. We are living in wartime. The war has not yet ended. The first phase has concluded,” Aliyev's words were quoted by Interfax-Azerbaijan.
According to the Azerbaijani leader, during the recent meeting between Prime Minister Pashinyan and Aliyev in Vienna, the Azerbaijani side “stopped the Armenian leadership's attempt to change the format of negotiations.”
