Soldier Charged with Murder and Attempted Murder

On March 26, 2019, around 18:30, in the territory of the former military unit N, as part of the criminal case being investigated by the third garrison investigative division regarding the fatal and serious gunshot wounds sustained by conscripted soldiers, junior sergeant Ara Gevorgi Arakelyan and junior sergeant Andranik Komitas Kochkanyan, sufficient evidence has been gathered.

As a result, conscripted soldier A.G. has been charged under the first point of the second part of Article 34-104 of the Criminal Code of Armenia, and arrest has been chosen as a measure of restraint against him.
