Opera Theater Employees to Protest Today

The staff of the A. Spendiarian National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet expresses its discontent regarding the order by Acting Minister of Culture Nazeni Gharebeyan, which has dismissed Konstantin Orbelyan from the position of director. This was reported by the press service of the A. Spendiarian National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet.

“On March 30, at 16:00, theater employees will raise their voices against this arbitrary decision by the Ministry, showing support for Maestro Konstantin Orbelyan. Various protest actions will continue until the Ministry of Culture listens to the just demands of the proud citizens of the Republic of Armenia, including artists representing high art,” the statement said.
