Today, an incident occurred on the above-ground route from the "Sasuntsi Davit" station to the "Zoravar Andranik" station of the Yerevan Metro. A train in motion was struck by a stone thrown from the side of the road, shattering its window. This was reported by the Yerevan Metro.

"The management of the Yerevan Metro apologizes to all passengers in the carriage and promises to take measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

At the same time, we inform you that the train conductor immediately notified the police about the incident.

The perpetrators will be punished to the fullest extent of the law," the statement read.
