Black Ice and Fog on Armenia's Roads
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of March 16 at 23:45, the roadways in Armenia are mostly passable.
There are patches of black ice on the Sotk-Karvachar highway and in the Vardenis mountain pass.
Fog is present in the Dilijan winding roads and in the Amasia region of Shirak province.
Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.
Regarding Lars:
According to information received from the Road Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open to all types of vehicles.
