Armenian Businessman Killed in Russia

An Armenian businessman, Gevorg Tumanyan, has been killed in the city of Mitishchi, Russia, as reported by REN TV.

According to the television channel, the assailants waited near the entrance of his home and opened fire as he arrived. After the shooting, the perpetrators fled in a waiting vehicle.

The discovery of his body was confirmed by the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Moscow region. Law enforcement agencies stated that measures are being taken to identify the criminals, as reported by MK.

An operational-investigative group is working at the crime scene, and police are searching for witnesses to the crime.

As reported by Tsargrad, Tumanyan was engaged in wholesale trade. He was approximately 34-35 years old.
