Burglary at the Home of the Head of the Supreme Court's Procurement Division
On March 10, a major theft occurred in the Kotayk region, as reported by shamshyan.com.
At around 1:00 AM, David Tovmasyan, a 30-year-old resident of Saralanj Street in Abovyan, contacted the Kotayk police to report that, between 4:00 PM on March 9 and 12:30 AM on March 10, an unidentified individual or individuals opened a window using technical means and gained entry to his apartment. The intruders then stole gold and silver jewelry as well as money from the living room.
Materials are being prepared in the investigative department concerning the incident. The police and the investigative department are currently determining the circumstances of the case.
According to sources, the victim, D. Tovmasyan, works in the Supreme Court of Armenia as the head of the procurement division.
