Emergency Calls About Wildfires in Various Regions of Armenia

From March 7-9, the National Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received reports of wildfires in various grassland areas across the republic.

In particular, in the city of Agarak, Syunik Province, 1,800 square meters of grassland burned, near the football field in Berd community, Tavush Province, approximately 1,000 square meters, in the city of Gyumri, Shirak Province, 300 square meters, near the community administration of Arpi village, Vayots Dzor Province, 3,000 square meters, and near 1/1 Lori Highway in Vanadzor city, Lori Province, 5,000 square meters.

All wildfires have been contained and extinguished by the firefighters.
