There Are Closed and Impassable Roads in Armenia

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of March 5 at 22:00, there are closed and impassable roads across Armenia.

The Vardenyats Pass is closed for trailers and is difficult to pass for other vehicles.

The Sotk-Karvachar and Berd-Jambarak roads are impassable for trucks.

There is black ice on some inter-community roads in the Aragatsotn region of Aragats and in the Ashotq region of Shirak.

There is fog in the "Meghry Mountain" area of Syunik and in the "Chayni" bends of Kotayk.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.

Regarding the Larsi road:

According to the information received from the Road Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, the Stepanstminda-Larsi road is open for all types of vehicles.
